2. Membership & Account Terms
2.1 Eligibility & Account Integrity
- You affirm you are of legal age (minimum 18) in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.
- Each individual is permitted one active account only. Multiple accounts will result in termination.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application, particularly for suspicious activity, without providing reasons.
2.2 Privacy & Data Security
- Personal information is used solely for internal operations and compliance. We do not disclose data to third parties except to essential service providers bound by confidentiality (your account manager).
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your account credentials. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your information.
2.3 Financial Operations Policy
A. Withdrawal Condition: A member may not process two consecutive withdrawal requests without an intervening reinvestment into an active company plan, to upgrade his investment experience.
B. Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify investment plans, fees, commissions, and policies at any time. It is your responsibility to review current terms regularly.
3. User Conduct, Liability & Agreement
3.1 Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully. We maintain zero tolerance for spam, fraud, market manipulation, or harassment. Violations result in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.
3.2 Limited Liability & Amendments
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spring Stone and its principals shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from your use or misuse of the platform.
